I made enquiries about my Inv Horizon policy after receiving my statement, I was helped by a Nicole Jacobs
, which was very helpfull BUT THEN...

I was informed and have in writing a mail from Nicole, that I can surrender the policy as it is less than R7000 on the 9th April, I then completed the forms, handed it in on the 10th... I enquired again this morning, was then sent a "copy of a email TO THE WRONG EMAIL ADD" stating the amount is MORE than R7000 now (that was on the 12 April... and the amount was then R7017 and they cannot process. I HANDED MY FORMS IN ON THE 10TH. the amount was the same... it is not my problem if staff only processed the documents on the 12th. I worked on your offices word, MY TAX is up to date, the forms was completed and handed in in time. The value on the 10th was surrenderable..THAT is the value that the office was suppose to work on I AM VERY upset,

I need to know what you going to do about this. Also just brush it of as a change... and now it will not be paid?

This is NOT acceptable, and I need the money to be paid out as soon as possible
