This is my thrid complain.

I made an application last year september or october (2012) nuevelepment in Cosmocity extension 8 and I was promised that by december I will be moving in as my application was approved. The person that was assisting was Carol Nkosi as per my previous complaint. Everytime you had to call to get an update, what I don't understand is, Isn't the department that is supposed to give feedback whether in form of sms or call? I kept on calling from october and was assured that I should wait as my application has been received and all is ok.
I called during december time and was told by Carol that the project was onhold, just the time I was hoping I was going to move in? If I didnt call I was never going to get feedback, was told that they will proceed once the project proceeds. I called again last month (March if not late February) to my shock I was told that Carol does not work in the department anymore and some guy (Joseph) is the one who is handling the Cosmocity project now and I have to re-apply.
FNB has really failed me again, the extension is probably full by now and the houses there was the one I could afford. Im so disappointed with how I was treated, hanlded.
