Still waiting for my refund since March the 15th

I cancelled my policy on the 15th of March due to the fact that Budget deducted the amount we never agreeed upon, i was promised a refund by their sales manager Nicolas Lukhen. yet i'm still waiting and i called them thursday the 4th n he told me that caroline is gonna call me the following day because they were still waiting for their refund specialist. i'm so not happy with the way they do things, they are quick to phone you everyday when they are still pitching & selling their product but when it comes to important things they drag their feed. it took me more than a month to try and resolve the issue a had with them before hence i ended up caceling.
