I am very dissapointed money was out of of my bank account for the amount of R2250.00 firstly Capitec does not have the decency to even call me just send a sms i must call the call centre for feedback on my claim. Today i get a sms and i phone them back. Outcome my "pin was exposed" how did they get to that conclusion based on what? These were questions asked and the call centre agent just informed me i ca go to the bank ombutsman... Seriously!!! Why must i go the ombutsman i want to seak to the person that did the investigation and find out how did they come to that conclusion of not refunding my money!!! I then spoke to the Teamleader Goagelo Magagula who also referred me to the ombudsman. I do not want my case to be prolonged i want my money!!! Surely this bank has insurance against!!!
