I contacted the call centre on the 16th December 2013 too confirm if a policy of mine had been paid out or if it still existed. I found out that I had a retirement annuity that I could cash in. I received the forms within a few minutes and I thought this was the beginning of a smooth process. Oh how wrong was I. The shocking service I have received
I have resent the forms with all the documents now for the umpteenth time and every time I resubmit there is another rubbish reason not to process the pay out. I have been promised the matter will be escalated three times by three people to no avail.
Does ANYONE at Liberty actually work and keep to their word?!
