I lodged a vehicle accident claim 3 weeks ago and each time I need to get feedback I end up calling. No one takes onus to call me to update me on the progress of my claim. When I call and ask to speak to the guy I'm told he is on call with another customer. 3 days in a row? Highly unacceptable. I pay for a service every month, my payments have never been late. So I expect the same level of treatment! I'm off. "Irate" as the last consultant describes me.
