Unauthorised Debit Order on FNB Account

Just had a Debit Order on my FNB Account, Apaprently ABSA BEREAU Debited my account. Who the is Absa Bereau. I have never given Absa to Debit my FNB Account.
If i phone Absa i cant get answers why my account is being debited.
It has been debited without my consent, i need answers...
