The debit order went off my account and I have never accepted anything from a company called Multidata. How must I trust absa with my money if things like these are happening with my money I placed in their care? From Absa, I need a proof that I gave this company an authority to debit my account. From Multidata, I want an agreement that I confirmed to have my account debited. Actually, who is multidata?? What do they do?? I don't even know them and yet they get access to my money. Absa what's wrong wrong with you? Recently, I wanted to move my account but I was reluctant. So this is another good reason I must leave this beep bank. Or is these how you repay loyal customers like me???
