BAD SURVICE IN SUCH A RESPECTED FINANCE INSTITUTIO

I WAS OFFERED A REVOLVING CREDIT BY A CONSULTANT AT FNB, I WAS TOLD THAT THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT I WILL PAY IF I USE THE WHOLE AMOUNT IS R1 300. I ASKED THE LADY IF I DONT USE THE WHOLE AMOUNT AM ONLY USING A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE CREDIT HOW MUCH WILL I PAY, SHE SAID SHE DOES NOT KNOW SHE WILL SPEAK TO SOMEONE FROM THE CREDIT DEPARTMENT TO CALCULATE THE AMOUNT I WILL PAY. I HAD USED ONLY R1 600 OF THE CREDIT. ALL OF A SUDDEN I SEE A DEDUCTION OF R1 320. WHEN I CALL FNB FOR CLARITY, NO1 KNOWS WHICH DEPARTMENT TO TAKE ME TO, I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERED MORE THAN 8 TIMES TO DIFFERENT CONSULTANT. EACH CONSULTANT IS GIVING ME A DIFFERENT NUMBER TO CALL. THIS IS NONSENSE, THIS IS NOT EXPECTED FROM A HUGE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION LIKE FNB.

I HAVE BEEN USING FNB SINCE I WAS A CHILD, HENCE I DEMAND ANSWERES AND A BETTER SERVICE.
