I'm so in march I called the call centre to change my banking details which I was assured it was done and and then I received a email saying my details was updated and I left the 390 in my new account to be debited, you did not debit the money and now I get a message saying my polivy has lapsed this is daylight, I cannot believe the incompetence from a so called financial service provider so 2years of premuims down the toilet because you'll are not doing your job... I want all my money back because this is not my fault how ridiculus what type of a company is this???
