WHEN WILL THE NIGHTMARE END?

After a myriad of emails and calls to resolve an old issue, I was promised a revised premium of R1424.24. After checking my bank statements this morning, I see Auto &General removed R1577.18. I am at a loss for words. Please inform me of the way forward. This is unreal, once again.
