Still no service from FNB

So after completing a form for a flexi loan on 06 March, lodging a complaint on HelloPeter on 22 March and all FNB can say is "we are investigating"! So something that has been verbally approve in FNB Northgate on 06 March and according to the information given by a consultant would take 7 - 10 days to process and now it is taking 3 times longer and it still has not been approved! This is so disappointing as I have been a Client of FNB since I can remember and with all the current advertising about how great they are they are not delivering for me! Pity a brand I have been loyal to can't even give me the time of day! It is simple FNB, get the forms to homeloans and get it approved in writing as it has been verbally approved and then investigate your people and get them to do their jobs! Complaints Department some advice, at least be prepared to give your customers a contact number or email address for you cause at this stage you are giving the clear message YOU DON'T WANT TO BE REACHED as you don't supply those!
