NO PAYMENT CAUSE I TRICKED MY SERVICE PROVIDER

I have been with Momentum Short Insurance since 03/2007, I took the policy for my car a Jeep Compass. My policy number is MT 237 330 .Late last year it got hail damage and logged a claim and my car was due for repairs in 2013. Early 2013 in January I called in to adjust my premium on my household insurance. I was helped by a gentleman whose name I have forgotten. He even volunteered to adjust my car premiums as I have been a client for a long time, amongst other things he mentioned the excess amount which he adjusted to a R1000.00 rands. I then asked him if it would apply to the current claim as my car was due for repairs sometime in February, he the said yes. My car went in for repairs and on collection of my car I was surprised to find that my excess has not been adjusted as per our conversation. I called my insurance and I was helped by a lady who said she was from the legal department. She said she is unable to help as it was already late and she could not verify with the relevant people as they had already gone home, and that we should listen to the recorded conversation that took place between me and the gentlemen to hear if indeed that is what he said and that I will also be ca
