To whom it may concern:
After numerous attempts to contact Old Mutual to no avail, I finally received an email about missing a premium and on this day I responded saying please change my dates because I no longer get paid on the 25th but on the 28th. I tried to call and everytime i call i have to listen to the background music and the operator telling me we are experiencing high volumes at the moment. Number one my agent dropped me without advising and I have yet to receive a replacment. My account now has been double debited and i am in arearrs.
I am really tired of this and I would like to transfer my policy elsewhere.
