I have always have a problem with ABSA Platinum credit card I have logged so many complaints with hello [URL Removed] but no one comes back to me. On Saturday Morning I decided to go to Absa at Mall @ Reds and I was assisted by Sarah who tried her best to understand exactly what the problem was, although my problem is still not fixed, she made sure she listens and understand me clearly. These are kind of people that companies need to invest on. I was taken the way she handled my frustration that I had.
