Hi
So had a at our house. Not too much so claim was fairly small. Geyser burst 2 days later so another claim. To say the service was shocking would be putting it mildly (but this complaint isn't about that).
About a week ago I get an email apologising for the bad service and they'd like to put R500 into my excess funder. Sounds good doesn't it. An hour later they phone me to tell me they've done a risk assessment and my premium will be increasing by 40%.
I'd only been with them for 3-4 months. And the increase was on my vehicles. Please explain how a burst geyser and can increase the likelyhood of me having an accident
Bunch of
Steer clear of them
