On the 23/05/2012 a lady smashed into my Ford Bantam bakkie. The bakkie was fixed by the panel beaters. With the collection of my bakkie i had to pay an excess fee of R2500.00 This excess fee should have been payed back to me by my broker. After several requests and phone calls, Cecilia from Western National insurance company promised me that they would refund me before the 25th of December 2012.
The guilty party has paid there account to fix my bakkie in full. With the requirement about my excess that i paid, if i could get my money back, Cecilia said that i cannot get my excess back. There was not enough funds to fix my Bakkie and Western National insurance had to use my excess money to pay all there expenses My complaint is that i was not the guilty party, and the excess of R2500.00 should be given back to me..
