Dear Peter,

My name is Zacharia Mathopa, my car was the early ours of sunday the 17 March 2013. I contatced the traker to trace my vehicle and i was told to open a case which i did. On Moday i contacted the insurance company (iWyze) to lodge a claim, i have been put on hold for morethan 25 minutes for several time with no luck of getting hold of them. I used their sms claim three times and only get two responces which state that "A claim agent will call me within a day" and imaging today is Wednessday. I have also called them three time today with no luck. I am so of with theit service and i wish they process my claim as soon as possible.
