Terri Georgiou of Premier Banking finally called me after several follow up mails that were ignored for days advising that she forgot to send my forms and it will now take a total of 9 weeks for me to get my pension from FNB.I will not have my debits bounce because of her forgetting to do her job. I have since asked FNB to hold my debits but there are no guarantees. My life has to come to a halt because of FNB and they couldn't be bothered. From Busisiwe Nkosi
