I have been trying to add my boat to my insurance and change some details for a few days now. My broker, Sadieka Parker, just doesn't respond to my emails. When you phone the 0860 number, you are placed on hold for 30minutes and then, transfered to a mailbox that "Can not accept anymore messages because the mailbox is full"!!! I have also claimed for an accident some time ago and to date, haven't received any feedback regarding repairs of my vehicle.
Should something happen to my boat at this stage... I will run the loss!!
This is ridiculous and surely "How can we help" only applies to new customers to fall into a false sense of security.
