I took out a mechanical and electric failure policy which commenced on the 15th Feb 2013. I have been fighting to get the detailed documents from them but it just proves to much of a bigger tasks for them to do so I called to cancel the policy and get my two premiums refunded as I had no cover for those premiums as there is a thirty day no claim waiting period. I was called back by cancelations and I was told I had rejected the call. My phone did ring on two occasions but the phone just rang once both times, I then was told he would call me back after I phoned back many times to ask to speak to him but he never and eventually was told he was gone home.
