I will give a brief summary of the incident, the client that your company covers took his turn into his lane too wide and at a high speed came into my lane and hit my car at the front. He acknowledged his fault (a outside witness also confirmed it and I have provided you with his name and contact details }, I believe alcohol was a factor and really bad eyesight cause he couldn't even read the details on my driver license, I had to write it down for him (can you please provide me with his driving history} .the pictures given to your company fully shows the accident and his full responsibility of it. Your company has come to reason that this falls into the apportationment of damages act to a value you are only taking 70percent of the blame. This to me is ludicrous and your company is playing the percentages and hoping I will not take this to court and to me that makes your company a cheat with a un reputable business practices. Also you are replacing the parts on my expensive bmw with 2nd hand parts, this is also unacceptable, and are only replacing one front light when both have been damaged. I am hoping your company can review your stance before I take legal action against you
