FNB logo - how can we help you???

I applied for a bond with FNB. They had a terrible TAT - I had to phone after them ALL the time just to hear that they have not received certain papers, yet the Premier banker could prove that she sent it through!! Then the submitted papers were illegible;or they needed more info but even when supplied they needed more info just to at the end (SIX WEEKS) say that they do not calculate allowances into the application and therefore cannot give me the full amount i applied for!!! My husband and I have dealth with FNB for 30 years and have never felt like such beggars in our lives!!! The service we received from homeloans was disgusting - I am not used to this type of service from FNB at all!!! I will definitely not advise anybody to ever waste any time applying at FNB for a homelaon
