FNB Debit order went through without my consent

On the 15th of January there was a debit order of R7650.00 that went through my account, I don't know about. I do not have any debit orders with FNB. And I went to my absa reversed the money and absa charged me for this. The external usercode is 9531 and user reference is: FNBRTCREV 08... 540. I don't know what went wrong.

I am not sure whether this will happen again. When I am trying to complain about this on FNB (0877363206), it is taking too long to connect like I waited for 15 min but still gets the busy tone. Please help
