I have been insured by Budget for just over a year, just with my household goods etc. In December 2012 i broke my cell phone - they replaced it and didn't even charge me excess. Then my house was broken into and cell phone, wallet, laptop etc was. Once again budget replaced the items speedily without any hassles. Last month the returned again and jewelry and cell phone. Budget has paid me out for all of it, they have not increased my premium. This is good service and as a paying customer i am more than satisfied with their service and will continue to recommend them to others.
