Outsurance has still not paid me the R400 as they promised & it has been well over a month later with no response. this is very displeasing & totally unreal. why did they make a promise if they cant keep it. thier promotion was to beat my quote or pay me R400 & since they couldnt beat it, why are they not facing up to me.
