I took out a Life cover with Clientel on the 1st of April 2011 and a Legal Cover on the 1st of August 2011, i havent recieved even one booklet for both the plans till today. As i work for an insurance company I'm fully aware that it's the customers responsibility to alert the insurer if booklet (s) are not delevered via post. i have done that for two years now. on the 13th March 2013 i called and spoke to Suzena and asked for booklets to be e-mailed, she told me there'll be forwarded within 1 hour - That didn't happen
I called again on the later that day and spoke to Nonhlanhla and she said 24 hours - That didnt happen
I called again on the 14th March 2013 spoke to Marven and he said he's looging urgent request he's giving me just 1 hour - That didnt happen
This is nustty service from clientel i wonder how it will be should i die and my family try to put through a claim. if there's no one who have told clientel before, well you guys offer disgusting service
