I have had a claim for refunds in for a few weeks now, each time I would get an email saying that the case has been closed, only to have to phone again to find out what is the outcome. I emailed the query through 12/02/2013 and Ronel Naidoo was assigned to the case, this morning I phoned and enquired about the problem that I am getting no feedback. With in a couple of hours the problem has been sorted out and Ronel has kept me updated via email.
Your company need more staff of her calibre.
