I called the call centre yesterday because I received my rerate letter when I negotaited a cheaper premuim with Miway on the 05.10.2012 they only debited the new premuim in November so in actual fact my premuim is not gauranteed for 12 months because I only paid the discounted premuim for 4 months, Hendrik promised me that his manager will keep the premuim the same and he will call me back to let me know and e-mail me the documents it's the next day and still no call from Miway.
