Good Service

We broke down on our way on the N1 before Richmond (Northern Cape). I phone Outsurance and Mduduzi was very good in assisting us. He only made one error in which he did not inform the people who were originally going to pick us up that we have made another arrangement. This arrangement was phoned through to him to confirm that he can cancel the arrangement made we have come right and he then also confirmed that our money would be paid out that we have paid.

I faxed the documents on the 7 Jan and phoned to ask if they got it. A lady then informed me that it goes into a queuing system and I can phone again after 2 days. Not a prob.

I phoned again on the 10 Jan on which Oupa answered the call. He really bent backwards to sort out the problem. He informed me that they documents were received, he checked why it was not paid, he followed up the the manager to find out. He could not find anything of why not and expedited the whole payment process. He phoned me back and every time he apologised profusely for the misunderstanding on the payment. As promised the money was in my account 48 hours later. He was brilliant.
