I have always been a fan of FNB but Annamarie just reminded me how AWESOME FNB ARE! She was extremely busy when I walked into that branch, but she took time and care to hear me out. She then came up with the perfect solution to all my problems! Then today I got some bad news and needed more bank assistance, NO PROBLEM for Annamarie! I emailed her, she made it easy to be kept informed by advising me the process, she made it easy for me to consider it done, but getting everything sorted without hesitation!!! I AM SOOO IMPRESSED BY HER SERVICE! SHE IS A TRUE ASSET TO FNB! Even this compliment is just not enough to express how grateful i am to have met Annamarie! I have made all my friends switch to FNB, and this gives me added motivation to keep making people switch! HOLD ONTO HER FNB, i work for a big company and we would be PROUD to have her on board! Thank you Annamarie for being who you are, and living the FNB promise of client service!
