Bad Telephone service, Can not get hold of them

Worst telephonic service ever, i have been trying to get hold of these guys since this morning. You select 24hrs legal advice option and you get put on hold for more than 30min, you try again to go through switch board and you told to wait as the calls are busy.

I mean if my matter was very Urgent, how do i get legal assistance with you? I pay for this service, you promise you client that you offer speedy services or legal advice but that is just a. I have been with you for more than 2 years now, never enquired anything from you, this is my first time and i get this kind of service.

Does somebody need to spend more airtime just to get assisted by you? Do i need to waist petrol to go visit he branch if i need legal assistance? Why your switch board consultants take down client numbers so that you can call them back since all legal advisers are busy on lines? If you are short of Legal consultants, why you not hiring more staff? Even when i ask the switch board consultants to put me through to Supervisors, i still hold for more than 20min, what kind of a service is this?
