Contract end-we don't care, please still pay

I only had good and friendly experiences with African bank when taking out a Loan. So good that when took out my second loan the lady who gave it to me didn't' even phone my boss to confirm employment which Ithought they probably only had to do that when I first became a client. Not knowing my boss was planning that time already not to extend my contract. the real horrible experience came when my contract was not extended and I lost my job and had a baby a month later. I did phone African bank customer call line and they instructed me to send a copy of my ID, a letter from my employer and a cover letter explaining the situation as I did on the phone to a 011207... number where I have to await an investigator to call me. 3 months later I get a text that if I don't pay in 20 days my account will be listed to credit bureau. A couple days later I get a SMS threatening me with legal action. I did what I was told! Nobody helped me to figure something out on payment. I don't even have an income that's why I claimed for insurance! A debt councillor advised me this is reckless lending in the first place. AB called me asking when can I pay..I can't And i don't know what to do.
