Preferred communication

I have accounts at FNB Jacaranda centre.

On many occasions I have been to see personally and have asked them to change all my statements to English. I am told it it shows as such. But once again, Statement Nr 55 is in afrikaans.

How many more times must I ask for them to be changed to english?
Please, please I want my statements in English.
