NO FEEDBACK / RESPONSE ON 2 MONTH OLD QUERY!!!

PLZ HELP?!

Accident in JANUARY- told my car was a write-off, got settlement letter from MFC so Oakhurst could pay out, I sent back to Oakhurst within 1hour. Was told my claim was approved & Oakhurst would pay R93k to the bank BUT my settlement figure that I am to pay MFC is R167k! This is because Oakhurst are expecting me to pay R83k EXCESS! RIDICULOUS! So I must give up my car for a pay out of R93k which will leave me in debt of R70k & still have to deposit & buy a new car from scratch? Car damage (car worth R180000) won't be THAT much & they'll make MUCH more off it!

Was advised to lodge a complaint by WANDA HENNING at Oakhurst re: EXTREMELY high access & that their resolutions department would look @reducing excess and told I'd be given feedback within 48hours! I AM STILL WAITING everytime I follow up I am being told they will follow-up, they will follow-up! No-one bothers to give me a call back I am now dealing with a MASHOODA KHAN who has no regard or respect for replying to my emails or returning my calls!

Now 2 months later- have spent THOUSANDS of my own rands on hired cars & STILL AM! They are still deducting my premiums! MFC Settlement is due on 20 MARCH!
