Gasp!!! The SAGA continues unresolved!!! The latest response received indicates thaT THE MATTER is now CLOSED... no correspondence with me as to how or WHAT has been done to resolve the issues at hand...
The level of incompetence or UNWILLINGNESS to resolve my issues beggars belief.
Cannot wait to cancel my contract in Decembe
