Appallingly bad service

My cast iron fencing on my 1892 wall was on the 19th October 2012 and on the 4th of March 2013 I am back at square one with a man who has absconded with the money and no fencing has ever been made. I have had 3 managers to help and not one of them stays with the job nor gets anything done about repairing the wall. Ther is now an independent assessor who has been designated and is just as useless. My place is surrounded by razor wire as on Christmas Eve I had an intuder on my property who had gained access over the broken wall hence the razor wire. I run a guest house and have guests from all over the world staying and they find the look of the place most disconcerting. I am at the end of my tether with Standard Bank insurance and the contractor assigned to the job. His excuses range from forgetting about my job to being in hospital to having bereavements the last excuse on Friday being that he had to take his mother to hospital and that is why he didn't come meanwhile he has spent the money given to him to make the fencing!!! I have been a client of this company for 40 years and have never ever had such bad service fom anyone and I have had a few. Am considering moving banks
