I have just phoned to find out if my parents qualfy for a discount on their vehicle insurance. The consultant that helped me did the necessary security checks and then told me he was going to put me through to the group specialist to find out if they qualified. However after a couple of minutes he came back to me telling me he had spoken to the group specialist and that they don`t qualify for a discount. The lost time they got one was Oct last year??? Bear in mind they pensioners for goodness sake!
