My husband applied for a loan on your web page and after spending almost 30 minutes trying to capture all his details the system loops in an error, We called your Montague Gardens branch and the number is discontinued. We sent an e-mail and got no response. We called your Call Centre and were in contact with a very aggresive agent. Every experience has been negative, and we have not even been able to apply for a loan yet.
