In 2011 i called Miway to review my cover. The person that took my call obviously cannot hear properly. He cancelled my policy without my authorisation. A few months later when i called to update my details they said my policy was cancelled. After an investigation they realised the mistake was their's and not mine. Due to this error, Miway now says im eligible for my bonus because i did not have 3 years on uninterupted cover. I just spoke to Hope and she was very helpful and assured me she will resolve this issue. I also posted a complaint when the incident happened.
