BAD SERVICE FROM HOME ASSISTANCE CALL CENTRE

We called Standard bank on 26 December to complain about a leakage. they called us and no one was sent out. eventually in January we posted on halo Peter and we got a response. we were told that theyll get back to us. its exactly 2months today and still nothing. i even tried to call the call entre and you get put though from person to person until the call get cut eventually. ive never had such bad service from one company. 2 complaints in the last 7 months. BAD SERVICE EVER FROM THE HOME ASSISTANCE
