I would just like to compliment MFC on excellent service delivery and despite having no past relationship with me were able to put a very competitive deal forward which I subsequently signed. My own bank of 20 years clearly has limited interest in client retention so thank you for the efficient and professional service. You could definitely show my bank (for now) a thing or two about risk assessment and service delivery!
