Rude Attitude & Non Updating of my account status

I have under adminstration & I was paying my debts through my administrators. I have recently paid up & closed my accounts through the administrators. My Ref number is:111266. My adminitrators paid & closed my account. Mi have been blaclklisted by the company at two credit bereaus & I am trying to have the company update my account and my profile at the bereaus. I called and spoke to Donetia and she gave me a bad attitude, she told me that no payment was received and that she infact is not supposed to talk to me even if its my reputation at stake here. My humble request is to have thestatus of my account updated and my profile updated with the relevant credit bereaus. This is situation has caused me a lot of frustration & stress. I hope this matter will be attended as a matter of urgency.
