I made the biggest mistake of my life by allowing Debtbusters to manage my debt. At the end of September and again end October 2013 Debtbusters paid themselves the money meant to go to my credit providers.
ABSA home loans and private loans have notified me that they have terminated both my bond and personal loan as they have not been paid. I have made hundreds of calls to Debtbusters and even went in to see them on 23 Dec 2013. They ignore my emails, refuse to take my calls. Interest and penalties have been charged by my credit providers because of their "error" ie transactions. I have asked them to fix it and have it reversed to no avail. This has been the most traumatic and stressful period of my life and I regret the day I called Debtbusters.
Please be aware of them - they blame their IT department for their errors. Most pathetic and incompetent company I have ever dealt with. They were meant to be there to help me and provide assistance instead have caused the worst nightmare of my life. I
