I bumped my car inside the garage on the 18th Sep 2012 and when I put the claim for the first time in four years with Outsurance I was told the vehicle was involve in two separate incidents because the color of the damage in front is not consistent with the color of damage on the left (REALLY???). Today I am putting my second claim and have to part with ANOTHER R2000 for the same damage. I put the second claim last year, and was promised to be contacted that never happened and there are just childish excuses around this issue. After repairs I am pulling OUT with this JOKE company!!!
