ABSA is nearly 3 months behind

I am still receiving e-statements, but this was cancelled in November 2012. Confirmed 13-02-2013 with Mr. Eversley Groener Ref. EC:5494D57E wHY ARE YOU THEN SENDING IF THIS WAS CANCELLED?

Received SMS on 14-02-2013 to remind me to pay my credit card. R5 000-00 was paid on 08-02-2013. WHAT IS GOING ON THERE? I contacted 086-12-22272 and spoke to Martha, gave me a REF 2001 0139 400 said ignore the SMS. Told her NO, I want an SMS stating that it was paid. She said sh would send me one before end of day. NOTHING RECEIVED. This service is pathetic. Come on ABSA wake up.
