Additional bank charges to my account

In Aug 12 an ABSA consultant phoned and introduced a lower bank charges package of R149, where the currunt paymnt was R199. After asking this person serveral times if that would be my ONLY paymnt p/m, he confirmed! Now an additional R18 p/m is debited to my acc. I wrote an e-mail to my personal banker (above) and asked for an explanation fo this addtional payment. A week later, her response is as follows:

"The R18 p/m is redeemd because your are not using your overdraft fasility"

And that was all! I've never heard something as rediculous as this. If this is the way that ABSA is treating their clients, I've love to move to another bank!
