Monique out did herself helping us

Recently my husband and I had to spend numerous days at FNB sorting out our bank accounts, upgrading and opening new accounts. This was made so much easier by Monique who served us with a smile and was endlessly helpful, answering all our questions and being patient with first time credit card users. She should be commended by her quick work and ability to put customers first and uphold the integrity of FNB's good reputation.
