Today I've phoned my Virgin Insurance Company. First when you dial you talk to a machine for different apartments, fisrt thing through my mind was, here it comes one thousend explanations? To my fisrt experience I pressed the wrong exstension at first, to my supprise the first person that help me was pollite and listened to what I had to say and transferred me immediately to the fisrt person that helped in that division. I'm very bad with names and don't remember even who helped me but I just want to say Thank You for understanding the customer and Thank You for your immediately sorting out the problem I thank you for the helpfull personal and the way your company staff realy go the extra mile. Thank You!!!
