I heard abt Complimed in 2010 and urged my wife to join based on the info provided at the time by the financial advisor. To my dismay and after much debate from last week we find out that the cover is not what it was promised to be. As a paying client for over two years neither the broker nor provider want to take responsibility for their actions. This puts me in a position where we are now out of pocket for R5000. Thank you to Jay Ramsunders office and Complimed for just making our lives a little more difficult. I encourage all guys reading this not to trust your broker and request that all information you are provided with is consumer friendly and that you understand the benefits. Dont be fooled into believing what is said to you by your so call ed financial advisor. Secondly the details on the benefits we bought into is not even available on the website for me to review so anything said to me by Compl;imed is gold, Lesson learnt...
